The Story:
This original abstract painting is an intuitive work expressing my heart on the raw canvas. With no direction I allowed the freedom of my soul to bare it's mark on this blank canvas. And to my surprise it did.
I realized the upper part of it became airy with subtle hints towards a very strong, internally deep message on the bottom:
I was free.
I am free.
I have always been free since the day I asked for it!
Forgiveness was evident in the paint my soul carried onto the canvas. Freedom breaking forth with every stroke, scrape and dab of paint.
Whatever lies, pain, and hurt I needed to leave on the canvas was at the bottom of the ocean floor--forgotten. Completely separated from me. Love and hope filled the rest. I needed to forget the past and remember my position: at the surface, fully catching my breathe.
Where the light is clear.
The day is new and utterly beautiful.
